What is Timelined?
Timelined is cloud based tool providing central repository for the mails of your organization. Every mail (outgoing or incoming) can be easily labelled by the user. This mail is then made available to all users with appropriate rights.
Why should I use Timelined?
Information relevant to the project or customer are very often spread in several mailboxes of the team members. It is difficult to get an overview. Timelined does this for you – all relevant mails are available in single location. All with lightning-fast search.
How does it work?
There is a cloud part of the Timelined, which stores all mail, available labels and other configuration. Every user can install Outlook add-in, which integrates Timelined with the Outlook. This allows quick labelling of every incoming/outgoing mail. The mail is uploaded only after it is labelled – so the user has complete control over the mail.
Is it secure?
We care about security. All your emails are stored encrypted and the key is protected by the password of the users. Timelined never persists your key to the database – it keeps it only in the RAM. ETC s.r.o. as a provider of the service has no access to the contents of your emails (this includes also indexing for the full text search).
Where can I get it?
Timelined is currently in Beta version. It is available at www.timelined.eu free of charge. There will be monthly fee introduced after it enters full-production status.
